• Rename attribution debug reports to verbose debug reports

commitメッセージの通りで、specの中のattribution debug reportをverbose debug reportsに変更している。ちなみにdebug用のレポートは2種類あって、一つはnoiseなしで即時送信されるAttribution-success debugging reports、もう一つがreportに失敗した理由などを教えてくれるVerbose debugging reportsで今回の変更は後者に対してのもの。
